Study on pure annihilation type <mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><mml:mi>B</mml:mi><mml:mo stretchy="false">→</mml:mo><mml:mi>V</mml:mi><mml:mi>γ</mml:mi></mml:math> decays

We investigate the pure annihilation type radiative $B$ meson decays $B^0 \to \phi \gamma$ and $B_s \rho^0(\omega)\gamma$ in soft-collinear effective theory. consider three types of contributions to decay amplitudes, including direct topology, contribution from electro-magnetic penguin operator neutral vector mixings. The numerical analysis shows that amplitudes are dominated by $\omega-\phi$ mixing effect \phi\gamma$ \omega\gamma$ modes. corresponding branching ratios enhanced about orders magnitudes relative these two channels. rate \rho^0\gamma$ is much smaller than because $\rho^0-\phi$ mixing. predicted $B(B^{0}\rightarrow\phi\gamma)=(3.99^{+1.67}_{-1.46} )\times10^{-9},\,B(B_s\rightarrow\omega\gamma)=(2.01^{+0.81}_{-0.71} )\times10^{-7}$ be tested Belle-II LHC-b experiments.

Pure Leptonic Radiative Decays B

Pure leptonic radiative decays of heavy-light mesons are calculated using a very simple non-relativistic model. Dominant contribution originates from photon emission from light initial quark. We find BR(B ± → ℓνγ) ∼ 3.5 × 10 −6 and BR(D s → ℓνγ) ∼ 1.7 × 10 −4. The importance of these reactions to clarify the dynamics of the annihilation graph is emphasized.
